Feeding frenzy

I always heard and my doctor even told me that toddlers around Seth's age usually slow down on eating and sometimes refuse meals. Not my little guy! I don't think there is anything that boy doesn't like and sometimes he eats more than me! The other night Jerry made some fresh bruschetta (tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, italian parsley....mmmmmm so good). Well as Seth was eating his meal, he kept pointing at the buschetta and saying "more more". We decided to let him try it and he could not get enough of that stuff! I am thrilled that he is not a picky eater and even loves his veggies, but my fear is that we will go broke trying to feed that boy as he gets older and bigger.
